FAQ

Can friends or family be in my photos?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring as many guests as you’d like. Just note that only the graduate may wear regalia unless it’s a group session. For 3–4 graduate or 5+ graduate packages, the number of grads included is not unlimited—please see Sky for more details.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

The 50% retainer paid upon booking is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule for weather or an approved emergency, the retainer will transfer to your new date. Last-minute or unapproved reschedules (within 72 hours) will lose the retainer.

What happens if I’m late?

Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. For example, if you’re 15 minutes late, you’ll have 45 minutes left.

Can i bring my pet?

Absolutely! Pets are welcome as long as someone else is there to help handle them during photos.

Can we shoot outside main UF campus (law, med, etc)?

Yes, but keep in mind travel time counts toward your session time and transportation must be provided for further locations.

when will i get my photos?

Unedited images are delivered within about 72 hours (up to 7 days during busy seasons). You’ll then select your allotted number of favorites to be edited. Edited photos are delivered within 2–4 weeks after you submit your selection form.

CAN I BUY MORE EDITED PHOTOS?

Definitely! You can purchase single images for $5 or discounted bundles (5 for $25, 10 for $45, 20 for $70).

what happens if the stadium is closed?

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium isn’t always open, so it’s not guaranteed. If it’s closed on your session day, you can swap it for another location, adjust your package, or (if available) reschedule a limited stadium session. Please note, the field inside the stadium is never available for photos.

can i take photos at the uf arch on 13th?

Yes, but only for afternoon (PM) sessions.

can i get my edits faster?

Yes! Priority Editing is available for $75 per group (2 grads), $100 per group (up to 4 grads), or $15 per grad for groups of 5 or more (all grads must participate). This guarantees delivery within 2–4 business days after selections are submitted correctly.

do you have a cap & gown I can use?

Yes! I have one set of a UF Undergraduate Cap & Gown that you can borrow! Just make sure to let me know at least 48 hours prior to your session.

what happens if it rains?

Since we live in Rainesville, the weather can change on us quickly! I prefer to wait until the day of your session before making any decisions. If it’s still raining or extremely cloudy, we’ll reschedule to a new date that works for both of us.

what if i don't know how to pose?

No worries at all! I’m super experienced and will guide you through everything! I’ll walk you through natural, flattering poses and help find the ones that fit you best, so you’ll never feel awkward in front of the camera.
